Due to different measurement methods, errors of 1-3cm are within a reasonable range.

Cancellations

Request before item has dispatched MELLENA makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

MELLENA gladly accept returns if product is damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problem with your order via info@mellena.uk.

MELLENA shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.

Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.

MELLENA reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges (“Returns”).

You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item(s) by you.

All risks in shipping the item(s) to MELLENA shall be borne by you.

MELLENA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.

Delivery

All orders are final so before submitting an order please ensure all details are correct, once your order has been placed we are unable to change the shipping address and cancel orders. If you receive a damage item you will need to send the item back to our Returns Department for a refund.

All deliveries are recorded and will require a signature upon transfer, if you are unavailable please ensure someone is at the address stated to sign for the delivery.

Alternatively you may wish to consider having the parcel delivered to an alternative address such as your place of work. If for some reason there is nobody to sign, a card will be left by carrier with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or a pick up from your local delivery office.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands may take up to 10 working days. Unfortunately deliveries do not take place on bank holidays, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

BANK HOLIDAY NOTICE: Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays as our offices are closed.

Delivery within the UK

We are happy to deliver to you anywhere in the world but please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or at the point of customs/duties, these delay are beyond our control.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery to Europe (£18.00)

International delivery (£35.00)
